  • We offer both Private Coaching Memberships and Semi-Private Pole Memberships. Private memberships give you curated 1:1 support with a micro-coaching team focused on your goals. Semi-private memberships give you access to a premium pole space in a small-group environment for open pole, conditioning, and self-led practice.

  • No, many of our members are new to pole or returning after a break. Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced dancer, our sessions are tailored to your level and goals.
