What is Flow Foundations?
Flow Foundations is PoleBait’s beginner-friendly pole class designed for anyone who has never taken a pole class before — or anyone who wants to rebuild strong technique from the ground up.
This class is the perfect “first step” before joining PoleBait’s Fluid Body Series or stepping into pole classes anywhere.
What You’ll Learn
In this 60-minute session, we cover the essentials that will make every future pole class feel easier:

How to engage your body properly (core, shoulders, legs)

A beginner spin to test your engagement in real time

Pole flow fundamentals, including:
Pirouette / walk-around mechanics
Dip turns
Fan kicks

Body waves + basic transitions
