Flow Foundations
Your entry into training at Polebait Haus. Build grip, strength, and flow basics in a small group setting — every Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday
What is Flow Foundations?
Flow Foundations is PoleBait’s beginner-friendly entry session for women who have never taken pole before or who want to rebuild strong technique from the ground up.
This is an ongoing small group session. No experience needed. Drop in anytime or commit with a class pack. The schedule repeats weekly — show up when it works for you and build your practice over time.
What You’ll Learn
In this 60-minute session, we cover the essentials that will make every future pole class feel easier:
-
where to place your hands, how to use contact points, and how to stop over-gripping
-
how to use your shoulders, core, and back for safer movement
-
one foundational spin with correct mechanics and control
-
simple transitions and movement patterns that make flow feel smoother
Flow Foundations is for you iF
You’ve never touched a pole before
You’ve taken 1–2 pole classes but felt lost
You want to build confidence before joining a studio
You want clean technique and stronger fundamentals
Why Start Here Before Taking Other Pole Classes?
Most beginner pole classes move fast, and students often feel like they’re “behind” immediately.
Flow Foundations is built to help you:
understand the basics before things get advanced
move with better control and safety
build a foundation for strength + confidence + artistry
This is the class before the “the first class.”
