Why cohorts work
01 / Intimate by design
Four to five women. Always. It's the size where the Guide knows your body by week two and the group becomes its own kind of accountability.
02 / Expert Facilitation
Each cohort is led by a teacher who has lived the subject. She watches. She adjusts. She meets your body where it is, not where the curriculum says it should be.
03 / The group is part of the practice
The women beside you become part of the work. You'll learn from their bodies as much as your own. It's the part of the practice you can't get on a screen.
