THE FLUID BODY SERIES

The method that teaches you how to feel what you're doing

An ongoing somatic pole program for women in Los Angeles and online

You've been learning what to do. but No one taught you how to connect your mind and body to the movement.

The Fluid Body Series changes that. This is where technique meets sensation and becomes something you feel. not just something you execute.

  • Develop fluid transitions, musicality, and embodied phrasing — not just sequences, but how movement becomes expression.

  • Train the transitions, the breath, the pacing, and the intention — the moments that turn tricks into something worth watching.

  • Build grip integrity, joint stability, and range of motion — so your body feels as capable as the movement demands.

  • Explore contrast, precision, and grounded movement — adding depth, character, and sensuality to your vocabulary.

  • Learn to generate, manage, and sustain momentum — and discover how surrender and control coexist on spin.

  • Prompts, dialogue, and experimentation — a rare space to explore how you move, not just what you do.

What happens when you train this way

  • Woman holding a split on the pole during a Fluid Body Series session at PoleBait Haus — small group somatic pole training in Downtown Los Angeles

"Can’t recommend this place enough, it is truly one of a kind"

This place is transformative. Naya has created the most welcoming, intentional studio space that inspires connection with your body. During my time in the fluid body series I learned so much about myself as a dancer and about pole as an art form. Naya provided such insightful, personalized instruction that I still think about and use even many months later.

  • Woman in a pole sit arching back in deep sensation during a Fluid Body Series session at PoleBait Haus — embodied somatic pole training in Downtown Los Angeles

"Polebait isn’t your typical pole space, it’s a place of alchemy"

Truly nobody does it like Naya. I took her fluid body series and it was such a treat coming in each week. Naya embodies intention, and you can feel that from her in her instruction, the way she speaks, how she carries herself, and in her physical space. I was searching for a gentle place where I could drop deeper into my body, gaining more awareness and freedom in my movement, and Naya guided me through this in a way that felt safe and sacred. Her teachings have carried over into other aspects of my life, helping me feel more confident in my work, relationships, etc.

  • Woman in a figurehead spin with head tilted back in pure sensation as fellow students watch in awe from the lounge area during a Fluid Body Series session at PoleBait Haus in Downtown Los Angeles

"This series actually gave me everything I didn’t even realize I needed."

This series actually gave me everything I didn’t even realize I needed. I walked into it expecting one thing and got so so much more... For the first time in a long time (even as vulnerable as pole is normally), I realized that I didn’t have to “front it out” or put on an air of “capability” and I really appreciate that feeling.

Most pole classes teach you what to do with your body. This one teaches you how to be in it.

The Fluid Body Series is PoleBait's signature training container — a small-group monthly membership built around the Fluid Body Method. Each month follows a themed arc moving through exploration, strength, refinement, and integration. The technique is real. The conditioning is real. And the way you inhabit your body while you move gets to shift too.

This isn't about learning more moves. It's about feeling the ones you have.

Capacity is capped at five. Every session is 90 minutes.

What builds over time: Strength and mobility that actually transfers. Cleaner transitions and more efficient technique. A deeper relationship with sensation, expression, and how your body moves when nobody's watching. Confidence that comes from the inside, not the performance.

This is for you if: You can execute moves but something still feels disconnected. You want ongoing training with a real arc, not a drop-in schedule. You're ready to stop rushing through transitions and start actually inhabiting them. You have at least 3–4 moves to work with — if you're starting from zero, Flow Foundations runs alongside this beautifully.

Two women training together on the pole at PoleBait HAUS — group pole fitness in Los Angeles

Most women come to pole looking for strength, confidence, and expression

They’re drawn in by the power of the art form and the possibility of feeling more free in their bodies. But somewhere along the way, many start training in performance mode: chasing tricks, comparing progress, and disconnecting from their own movement language.

The Fluid Body Series was built to bring you back to your body while you train

Strength, technique, and creative range. all of it taught through the Fluid Body Method, so what you build in your body actually connects to how you feel in it.
