What We Explore in the Series

This is not a linear curriculum — it’s a rotating, layered practice that deepens over time.

  • Develop fluid transitions, musicality, and embodied phrasing — not just sequences, but how movement connects.

  • We train transitions, pacing, breath, and intention — the moments that turn tricks into artistry.

  • Build strength, joint stability, and range of motion that supports longevity and confidence on the pole.

  • Explore contrast, precision, and grounded movement to add depth, character, and control to your flow.

  • Learn how to generate, manage, and sustain momentum — with grace and power.

  • Each session includes prompts, dialogue, and experimentation — a rare space to explore how you move, not just what you do.

Most women come to pole seeking strength, confidence, and expression — drawn in by the freedom, power, and excitement of the art form.

But somewhere along the way, some slip into performance mode

Chasing tricks
Comparing Progress
& Pushing past capacity

The Fluid Body Series was created to disrupt that cycle

This is an ongoing group coaching container that blends pole technique, somatic awareness, and guided creative exploration — so you’re not just collecting moves. You’re building strength and mobility, learning choreography and transitions, and developing the ability to add your own expression to what you learn. It’s what we call the space between the tricks.

  • Each session is intentionally paced and curated. There’s space to pause, experiment, and talk through what’s happening in your body — where movement feels blocked, forced, or free. You learn how to listen to your body, regulate effort, and explore flow with intention, rather than rushing through combinations and moving on.

You’ll train alongside women who care about their artistry, presence, and growth — not just execution. This isn’t a one-hour combo you memorize and forget. It’s a creative coaching space where movement is explored, refined, and made personal.
