PoleBait’s ongoing small-group training series for women who want to build strength, refine technique, and develop more confidence, presence, and flow over time.
The Fluid Body Series blends pole fundamentals, strength, movement quality, and creative exploration inside an intimate coaching container — capacity capped at five members per cohort.

The Fluid Body Series is an ongoing group coaching container for women who want more than tricks. You’ll build strength, mobility, choreography, transitions, and creative range while learning how to move with more presence, sensation, and personal expression.
