The Fluid Body Series is a small-group, monthly training container built around the Fluid Body Method™ — where pole technique, strength, somatic awareness, and creative flow meet.

This is not a one-off workshop or class. It’s a space to train consistently, build skill, and deepen your relationship with movement — without rushing past sensation, presence, or identity.

Inside the series, you’ll build:

  • integrated strength and mobility

  • solid pole fundamentals and technique

  • confidence in transitions and timing

  • a deeper relationship with your body and movement identity

All within a container that prioritizes presence, safety, and longevity.

You can join month-to-month as a member, or drop in to experience the method.

At the heart of the series is one question:

How do you move when you’re fully present in your body?

SCHEDULE

  • In-person sessions take place weekly on Tuesdays or Thursdays at 7:00 PM, and you’ll select your preferred day at checkout. Each session lasts 90 minutes.

  • Online sessions take place weekly on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM. Each session last 90 minutes.
