You bought the heels. Now your body has to learn them.

Most women put the heels on and feel it immediately.

Your weight shifts differently. Your balance changes. The pole asks something new from you.

Most women try to push through that part. They rush into choreography before the body has learned how to stabilize, support, and trust itself in the movement.

This cohort is where we slow it down.

Not to perform — To build the relationship.

What this is

The Heels Relationship is a small, in-person cohort designed to introduce you to heels through sensation-driven pole training.

Over four weeks, you’ll learn how to move with more control, more awareness, and more ease in your body.

This is not about memorizing choreography.

It’s about understanding where your weight is.
How your legs support you.
How your core responds.
How the pole can become something you work with instead of against.

You’ll leave with foundations that actually hold.

Each session moves through practice, repetition, and integration.

Foundations

You’ll build:

Weight distribution and balance

Leg and core engagement

Walking and transitions in heels

Stability around the pole

Drills

Repetition that teaches the body through experience.

You’ll practice movements enough for them to feel familiar, not rushed.

Sequences

Each session includes one to two short sequences that apply what you’re learning in real time.

You’ll work with:

Pirouettes

Dip turns

Threads

Glides

Transitional movement

Integration

The final portion of each session draws from The Fluid Body Method.

You’ll work with prompts designed to help you explore and connect to your own movement and artistry.

Pole is the tool. The work is you.
