PoleBait Cancellation, Attendance & Use Policy
PoleBait operates as a premium, limited-capacity movement and embodiment studio. All policies exist to protect the integrity of the work, the studio container, and the time and energy required to hold high-quality experiences.
By booking or enrolling in any PoleBait service, you agree to the following:
Session Attendance (All Offerings)
Arrivals 10 minutes or more past the scheduled start time will forfeit the session.
Sessions cannot be extended, rescheduled, or refunded due to late arrival.
If you anticipate being late, please do not attend — the session will still be considered used.
This applies to:
1:1 Coaching
Fluid Body Series group sessions
Studio rentals (Open Pole, Content Hour)
Virtual sessions
Cancellation & Rescheduling
1:1 Private Coaching (The Ascent Residency & Founding Members)
Cancellations with less than 6 hours’ notice are forfeited.
Sessions canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled within the same billing month only.
Sessions may not be rescheduled into future months.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of scheduling privileges.
Fluid Body Series & Group Sessions (Pods, Workshops)
Group sessions require 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture.
Missed group sessions cannot be made up, transferred, or credited.
Group programming is curated as a shared container; attendance consistency is essential to the work.
Studio Rentals (Open Pole, Content Hour)
Studio rentals require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows result in full forfeiture.
Rental time cannot be extended due to late arrival.
Pole Rentals (Off-site / Event Rentals)
Pole rentals must be paid in full upfront at the time of booking.
A 20% portion of the total rental fee is treated as a non-refundable deposit.
If a cancellation occurs after the booking is confirmed, PoleBait will retain 20% of the total rental fee.
The remaining balance may be refunded only if the cancellation falls within the terms outlined in the rental agreement.
Cancellations within the contracted window are subject to forfeiture per rental agreement terms.
Virtual Sessions (Remote Collective / Online Coaching)
Virtual sessions require 6 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Missed virtual sessions are forfeited.
No refunds are provided for unused or missed sessions.
Session Use & Rollover Policy (All Memberships)
All sessions must be used within the month in which they are purchased and active.
Sessions do not roll over into future months.
Unused sessions are forfeited at the end of each billing cycle.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of:
A documented medical emergency, or
A cancellation initiated by PoleBait
Any exception is granted at PoleBait’s sole discretion and does not establish an ongoing rollover entitlement.
Membership Commitment & Early Termination
All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.
Canceling before the commitment period ends incurs a fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract value.
A 30-day written notice is required for termination or membership changes.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of access, scheduling, or membership privileges.
Final Notes on Boundaries & Access
PoleBait maintains limited availability to preserve the quality of the work and the studio environment.
Membership access, complimentary sessions, and ambassador perks are available only while an active membership is maintained.
Policies are enforced consistently to ensure fairness and sustainability.
Repeated disregard for scheduling or attendance policies may result in removal from the studio container.
