POLEBAIT MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between PoleBait LLC (“PoleBait”) and the undersigned Member (“Member”) and outlines the terms of access and use of PoleBait’s facilities and services.

MEMBERSHIP INCLUSIONS

Applies to: PoleBait Haus Access & Content Hour Memberships

A. PoleBait Haus Access (Open Pole Membership)

  • Access to the PoleBait studio for 3 two-hour open training sessions per month.

  • Sessions are shared but capped to maintain a high-quality experience.

  • Members must reserve time in advance via the studio booking system.

B. Content Hour Membership

  • Includes one 90-minute self-led shoot, one 60-minute guided content session, and one 30-minute choreo consult per month.

  • Membership also includes:

    • Full access to studio content setup (lights, backdrops, props).

    • Two edited deliverables per month (photo or video) delivered within 3 business days.

  • Additional add-ons or retouches may be available for a fee.

STUDIO USAGE GUIDELINES

  • Members agree to treat the space, equipment, and other users with care and respect.

  • No more than one guest is permitted unless approved in advance.

  • No outside filming sessions (for clients or friends) are allowed unless booked via a separate service tier.

  • Poles must be cleaned before and after use. Any misuse or damage will result in fees.

CANCELLATION + NO-SHOW POLICY

  • Members must cancel sessions at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.

  • Missed bookings without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Memberships auto-renew monthly. To cancel, 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle is required.

CONTENT CREATION POLICY

  • Content created during Content Hour is for personal or professional use. Commercial brand shoots must be disclosed in advance and may incur an additional fee.

  • PoleBait reserves the right to repurpose footage or images captured by in-house photographers unless a written opt-out request is submitted.

LIABILITY + WAIVER

  • Member agrees to assume full responsibility for their own safety and conduct while using the PoleBait space.

  • PoleBait LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that occurs on premises.

  • Members must complete a waiver before accessing the space.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

PoleBait reserves the right to revoke membership access at any time for:

  • Unsafe behavior

  • Damage to the space

  • Repeated no-shows or lateness

  • Violation of this agreement or studio rules

MEDIA CONSENT (Optional)

PoleBait may occasionally capture behind-the-scenes visuals during member sessions. Members may opt out in writing at any time.
