Low Flow No. 1 — Oscillate
A slow, grounded floor flow to Miguel's "Oscillate," built around a shoulder stand we break down before you ever flow it. You'll learn body waves, a glide, leg waves, the heel-edge, and a backwards twizzle on static — then layer in the breath: inhale to invite a move, exhale to release it. Same minute of movement, endless ways to inhabit it.
